Recipe

2 cups of meethi leaves chopped fine
1 & 1/2 tsp of ginger paste
2 tsp of green chilli paste
1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
1/2 tsp of haldi powder
1/2 tsp of hing powder
2 tsps. of til/sesame seeds
2 tbsp. of dahi
1/2 cup of besan/chickpea flour
1 & 1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 & 1/2 tbsp. of sugar
salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil as well as oil for deep frying

2 tsps. of til/sesame seeds
2 tbsp. of dahi
1/2 cup of besan/chickpea flour

1 & 1/2 tbsp. of sugar

1 tbsp. oil as well as oil for deep frying
combine
all the ingredients except oil for deep frying make a stiff dough,form small
muthiyas or croquettes and deep fry on a very low flame till crispy &
golden brown.
