Cucumber Dip|Few ingredients

Today's easy recipe is a refreshingly light dip made with cucumbers & hung curd/dahi

here are the ingredients and method
1 & 1/2 cup of hung curd
2 medium cucumbers
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
5 large cloves of garlic grated
Method
for making hung curd

Take a muslin cloth /gent's handkerchief ,lay it on a sieve,keep the
sieve on a bowl ,add the dahi/curd(4 cups)..tie it up as shown in the video and
hang it up so that all the liquid comes out of the curd/dahi..after all the liquid 
is out of the curd(use this liquid to make roti/chappati dough)put a heavy weight 
on it & refrigerate for 8 hours/overnight..Transfer to a large bowl.
Prepping the cucumbers

Wash and peel the cucumbers,grate them on the fine holes of the grater,squeeze out all the liquid from the grated cucumbers(strain the juice ,its a very refreshing drink)
Add the grated garlic to the hung curd.mix well till smooth...add the salt and pepper ,mix well
add a little of the grated  cucumber at a time..mix well..Dip is all ready to enjoy with some cut up veggies,chips,nachos or you can make a refreshing and light sandwich by using this as a filling.
