Goan Polle Recipe|Eggless Teatime snack|Authentic Goan recipe

Goan Polle which is called 'Kailoreo','Suloyo' etc.It is a tea time snack,breakfast recipe ,goes very well with sorpotel,vindaloo,xacuti,chicken curry etc.It is a versatile dish.I personally love polles with Goan coconut chutney.
Ingredinets(8 medium sized polles)
1 cup rice
1 cup fresh grated coconut
2 tbsp sugar/as per taste
salt to taste
1/2 cup water/as needed
Method
Wash the rice well & soak the rice for 8 hours,After 8 hours drian all the water .Add the rice,coconut,sugar & salt to a mixer jar.Add a little water at a time and make a fine paste/batter as shown in the video.Heat a dosa pan/iron pan on a low flame for 10 mins ,pour the batter .2 laddle full ,spread just slightly,cover with a lid ,cook for 1/2 a minute,loosen the edges gemtly,flip the polle once done ,cook on the other side for 1/2 a minute .Transfer to a serving plate.
