Ingredients

400 gms icing sugar sievd/sifted
200 gms cashew nut powder sieved/sifted
2 egg whites
If you are a beginner start with half of the above ingredients
besides that you will require food colour of your choice(gel colour/liquid colour)
easter egg molds
In a pan on a very low heat ...add the cashew nut powder to the pan ,roast for a minute (very low heat)
add the icing sugar mix well
add the egg whites
mix everything well till it all comes together and leaves the sides of the pan
do a water test(take room temp water and add a small bit of the mix ..if it forms a smooth ball easily
your mixture is ready)
empty the mix onto a tray /palte while it is warm and not hot knead it to a smooth dough
you can add a few drops of desi ghee /clarified butter to help smoothen the dough.
Now rub a little ghee onto the insides of the molds and shape the mixture into the various easter egg shapes,bunny shapes etc
decorate and share this with close family and friends
