CHRISTMAS SWEETS RECIPE
This is my Mom's recipe,she used to make the best Milk Cream recipe ,I've ever tasted.
These are little drops of heaven and one is just not enough
In a non stick pan ,first warm the milk till it starts to boil ,add the sugar & stir till it completely dissolves, now add the cashew nut powder and stir till it blends in ,now add the melted butter and lastly the vanilla essence …keep stirring on a low to medium flame ,it takes about 20 mins of continues stirring & you will see the mixture changes to a thing mixture almost wax like ,take a tsp of it & keep aside till completely cool, once cooled if you are able to easily roll it into a smooth ball. That means your mixture is all ready, transfer it to a plate to cool down completely, using a silicon mold or the traditional shell thick rubber mold shape the dough by taking small balls of our mixture and mold into beautiful Milk Cream.

1 litre milk,100 gms of sifted cashew nut powder,400 gms of sieved icing sugar,1 tsp of vanilla essence & 2 tbsp. of melted butter.
