A very easy Royal icing recipe
1 egg white
120 gms of sieved/sifted icing sugar
1/4 lime juice
beat the egg white well in a steel bowl (refrigerate the steel bowl for 30mins)
add the sugar a little at a time
beat till stiff
add the lime juice
