HOT CROSS BUNS RECIPE FOR EASTER

Ingredients
2 cups of maida/allpurpose flour
1 tbsp of yeast
1/2 cup of warm milk
1/4 cup of sugar(icing or brown)
spice powder mix(4 cardamons,1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 inch cinnammon grated to a fine fine)
1 egg
2 tbsp of room temp butter
a cup of raisins,black currants
for the glaze
1 egg and 2 tbsp of milk
