 Today's Recipe is a traditional Tendli pickle .Made in the summer it has a long shelf life & remains all through the summer & monsoon months too.(Tips given in the video - a longer shelf life  )

ingredients

100 grams of tendli

7-8 Kashmoro red chillies

6-7 cloves of garlic

1 inch ginger

1/4 tsp meethi seeds

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp mustards seeds

6-7 fresh curry leaves

1 green chilli 

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

salt & sugar to taste +

1/2 cup of  oil
