EASY CARAMEL CUSTARD RECIPE|NO OVEN NEEDED|4 INGREDIENTS|कैरेमल कस्टर्ड

Today's recipe is a super simple Caramel custard recipe..here are the ingredients and the method

Ingredients
For the caramel
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
for the custard
3 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Method
Add the sugar & water into a cake tin..do not stir,cook on a low to medium flame till the sugar melts and turns to a beautiful golden brown colour..set it aside for 10 mins.
Prepare our steamer.In a large bowl,add the eggs ,whisk well,add the vanilla essence,sugar  and the milk..whisk till all the sugar completely dissolves..Add this mixture to the cake tin ..the caramel should have solidified by now..Place the cake tin carefully in the steamer and steam on a high flame for 20 mins(do not forget to add water to the steamer)Let the steamer completely cool down to room temperature...Now insert a knife into the custard it should come out clean...refrigerate the custard for 2-3 hours..demold as shown in the video and enjoy.
