Til Gul Ladoo|Sesame Seeds Ladoos|Step by step explanation|तिळाचे लाडू

Today's recipe is Til Gul Ladoo which is made on the occasion of Makar Sankrant.
Ingredients
500 gms white polished til/sesame seeds
500 gms of chikki jaggery/gul(special for til gul ladoos)
250 gms of roasted peanut powder
250 gms of desiccated coconut
1 tsp of cardamom/elaichi powder
1 tbsp of poppy seeds/khus khus
4 tsp of ghee/clarified butter
Method
Roast the til well till it turns golden brown in colour,roast the desicated coconut till light 
golden brown in colour,Tranfer the two to a large plate.Roast the poppy seeds for 1/2 a minute and add to the mixture ,add the roasted peanut powder.Mix everything really well.
In a heavy bottomed pam add the ghee ,once it is hot add the gul and let it melt completely.keep stirring.Now add this tilmixture to the melted gul,mix well transfer to a large plate add the elaichi powder,mix well,Apply some ghee to the palm of your hands and make small ladoos of the mixture while it is warm.omce completely cool transfer to a clean and dry glass bottle.
