PRAWN RICE RECIPE|EASY ,QUICK & DELICIOUS

 Prawn Rice/Pulao


Here is one of the easiest Prawn rice recipes you can prepare.

It get's ready really quick and its so flavoursome  you'll want to make it all the time.Very few Ingredients too.

Ingredients

10 large prawns/20 small prawns,washed ,cleaned and deviened

marinate the prawns for 10-15 mins in 1/2 tsp of haldi powder,1 tsp of red chilli powder & salt to taste..fry after 15 mins till golden brown & keep aside

for the garnish slice 1 medium onion thinly and fry in 1/2  tbsp of ghee till crispy and golden brown.set aside for later

1 medium onion chopped fine

a paste made with 4 light  green  chillies,5 cloves of garlic & 1/2 inch of ginger

1 cup of rice washed well & soaked for 5-10 mins

cooked and drained well..keep aside

a pinch of garam masala

1/2 tsp of haldi powder

whole spices

--------------------

1/2 inch of cinnamon

4 cloves

2 cardammons

10 peppercorns

some chopped corriander

1 boiled egg sliced for garnish(optional)

salt to taste if required

Method

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee

add the whole spice and fry a bit,add the green chilli ,ginger & garlic ground paste ,saute well ,add the onion fry till translucent,add the haldi powder,now add the fried prawns ,add half of the chopped corriander mix everything well,add the cooked rice mix well.

Prawn rice is ready ,transfer to a serving bowl,garnish with the fried onions,corriander and boiled egg.
