EASY DHOKLA RECIPE|ढोकला |ढोकळा
Today's recipe is a super easy and quick Dhokla recipe which is a delicious steamed snack..here are the ingredients and method

Ingredients:
1 cup of besan/chickpea flour
2 tbsp of fine rava/semolina
1 cup of water
1/2 tsp of turmeric/haldi powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of gingergreen chilli paste(1 light green chilli & 1 inch ginger)
1 packet of Eno (4.3gms)
1 tbsp of sugar
• 1/2 katori Water
• A pinch Salt
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar / Regular sugar
• 1 tsp Oil
• Mustard seeds
• Asafetida
• Green chilies
for the tempering/phodni/tadka
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of hing/asafotedia powder
2 light green chillies
few curry leaves
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of water
Method:
Prepare the steamer,In a large bowl add the besan, rava ,turmeric powder, salt to taste, oil and ginger green chili ,lime juice ,sugar,mix well add water and mix well to form a lump free batter..
when the steamer is ready,add the eno to the mix and mix well ,the mixture doubles in size,pour this into the greased cake tin and steam for 20 mins.Once the steamer has come to room temp
demold and cut into pieces/squares.
for the tempering
Add oil to a pan,add all the tempering ingredients and then pour it over the dhokla..Enjoy.
