Goan Fresh Bombil Green Masala Fry|Crispy Fresh Bombay Duck Fry with Goan Green Masala|Bombil Fritos
Today's recipe is my all time favourite "Green Masala Fresh Bombil Fry|A must try ,again my mom 's recipe..
Ingredients
for the green chutney
Ingredients for the green chutney 1 cup corriander 3 light green chillies 2 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger salt to taste juice of 1/2 a lime grind this to a fine paste..transfer this to a bowl
For the bombil(5-7 pieces)
Wash the bombil well ,cut with a sharp knife from the side,open up the bombil,it should look like a fillet,Wrap it up in some old kitchen towels which you would not minding disposing off(they have to be clean)
and thoroughly dry the bombil up(1 hour)
Then add the green chutney on the flat inside of the fish.Dip in bread crumbs or you can use a rice flour & fine semolina combination & shallow fry till golden brown in colour & very crispy.
