Today's recipe is Goan Mandeli/Maneli Fry,few ingredients ,ready in no time.
Crispy Mandeli Fish Fry | मांडेली मछली फ्राई | कुरकुरीत मांदेली फ्राय | Crunchy Mandeli fish fry |

Ingredients
10-15 mandelis
salt to taste
1 & 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of turemeric powder
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup fine semolina/rawa
Oil for frying

Method
For cleaning the mandeli,Cut of the head in slanting way till stomach,cut of fins and tail end. Wash mandeli under running water. Open stomach area an wash it clean. Wash the mandelis well, .Add salt ,red chilli powder and turmeric powder,mix well,coat the fish with the powder masalas and salt well.
Mix the rice flour and semolina well,Coat the fish well with this mixture & set aside.
Heat some oil(2-3 tbsp) in a pan & shallow fry the fish till cooked and nice and crispy on both sides.
Enjoy this with some rice,sorak,pickle.
